Delivery of goods

Goods will only be delivered after full payment of the invoice amount has been received.

Please note that the delivery address must be accessible and receipt of the goods must be confirmed by signature.

If you wish to collect the goods from our warehouse yourself, we will notify you as soon as the goods are ready for collection.

You can see the delivery times for the individual products directly next to the items.

In recent months, delivery times for all manufacturers have been greatly extended due to high demand, Covid restrictions in production and the limited supply of raw materials.
The indicated estimated delivery time may therefore be longer.
If you need items at short notice, we recommend and ask you to contact us for the expected delivery time.

We deliver to all countries within the EU and Switzerland.
(Delivery of cast iron radiators and cast iron bathtubs to Switzerland is only possible by prior arrangement).

The delivery and handling charges incurred are displayed in your shopping basket and depend on the country of delivery, weight and product type of your order.
Each item is labelled with a delivery index. The shipping costs are calculated from the index total of all items in the shopping basket.

The delivery countries are divided into delivery zones (zone 1 - zone 5).

Below is an overview of the shipping costs by delivery index and delivery zones.

If you are only offered the shipping option ‘Self collection’ or ‘Request quote for transport costs’ in the shopping basket, the article index sum is higher than the maximum value for standard shipping.

In this case, we ask you not to make any payment when you place the order. We will inform you as soon as possible about the shipping costs incurred. The order will only be processed after you have accepted the freight costs.

Zone 1 (Z1): Netherlands

Zone 2 (Z2): Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Denmark

Zone 3 (Z3): Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Poland, Hungary, Croatia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Estonia

Zone 4 (Z4): Ireland, France, Finland, Greece, Sweden, Cyprus

Zone 5 (Z5): Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland

Returns

It may happen that you have to return (part of your) order or wish to cancel an order. In this case, we distinguish between inventory items and items specially ordered for you.

A specially ordered item cannot be taken in return. Specially order items are; bathroom taps other than chrome, bathroom furniture, baths (except Burlington), Perrin & Rowe or Lefroy Brooks sanitaryware, William Holland basins and baths, Armac Martin hardware, towel or cast iron radiators, special ordered wall and floor tiles and accessories other than chrome.

If you want to return an item please notify us up to 7 days after the delivery date by email, after this date we unfortunately cannot accept any return requests. We can only accept returns when the original packing and the product is clean and complete, the product is unused and unassembled. Please note the delivery costs of the product will be deducted from the credit.

Cancellation

If you want to cancel (part of) your order, please do so by email within 48 hours after ordering. After this period we will try our best to cancel or modify your order to your request but we cannot guarantee that we will succeed doing so, in which case we will have to deliver and invoice the original order.
