Who has access to your data?

We may pass your data on to other parties. We only do this if it is really necessary for our service. This may be a carrier, assembly partner, payment service or our IT service provider.

The basis for the use of your personal data is your consent. In case of an order granted to us and/or an agreement entered into with us, the basis for the use of your personal data is the necessity for the correct execution of the order and/or agreement.

Your personal data will be used by TheClassicHouse for the following purposes:

Storage period personal data

Personal data that we process with your permission, we will keep for one year.

Personal data that we receive from you in the context of an offer, we keep for 2 years. Personal details that we process within the framework of an order granted to us and/or an agreement concluded with us, we keep until the service or guarantee period has expired.

You can make your request by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. In order to process your request, we will ask you to provide the following information:

  • Postal code
  • House number
  • Your request and/or question

 

To ensure that the request has been made by you, upon receipt of your request we will send a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address we have on record. Only after we have received a confirmation of this e-mail will we continue to process your request.

TheClassicHouse strives to process your request as quickly as possible, but will do so at the latest within the legally stipulated period of 1 month. When we have processed your request, we will provide you with the necessary information. In the unlikely event that your request is denied (this may be because your request is against the law), we will of course provide you with an explanation as to why TheClassicHouse was unable to process your request.

The information you provide will only be used to process your request. Upon completion of your request, this data will be deleted.

If you wish, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
